and Neuter Assistance Program of North Carolina (SNAP-NC),
and Carolina
Mobile Spay
are mobile spay-neuter clinics that visit Johnston
County on a regular basis. They offer spay-neuter surgeries and
other wellness/vaccinations services that are either included
or offered for an extra fee.
Pet
Overpopulation Patrol
is a low cost, mobile clinic serving Orange, Durham, Wake, Person
& Chatham Counties. Spaying & neutering family pets, rescue
& shelter animals, and feral felines. Physical exam, Rabies
vaccine and distemper vaccine included with every surgery. Additionals
services such as heartworm testing, flea/tick prevention, etc
are also available. Their number is 919-942-2250.

JCAPL
has a subsidized spay neuter program to assist low-income families
spay and neuter, as well as vaccinate their pets. Our community
has a great need for this service, and JCAPL is actively working
