The worst sin towards our fellow creatures is not to hate them, but to be indifferent

JCAPL Spay/Neuter Fund Saves Lives
And Needs YOUR Support

With the help of grant awards and your donations, JCAPL has helped over 150 cats and dogs get spayed and neutered. We are proud to offer this service to low-income pet owners, who otherwise would not have the means to have their pets sterilized. We want you to know that by using the designated funds, we have been able to prevent many unwanted litters of puppies and kittens for which there are no homes. We are committed to helping reduce the number of abandoned and surrendered animals entering our shelters, and our spay/neuter program is the most important way of doing so. The pets of low-income owners contribute greatly to our pet overpopulation problem, and those we have been able to help have welcomed the opportunity to end the cycle of unwanted litters.

While we educate and reach out and publicize the need for pet owners to spay and neuter their pets, we also must create opportunities for low-income pets to have access to those services. Please help us keep this program going. Please consider making a special contribution to the spay/neuter fund. You can count on your support to directly prevent homeless animals, which is the primary cause of the suffering we work so hard to reduce. Please send contributions earmarked ‘spay/neuter fund’ to JCAPL, PO Box 607, Smithfield, NC 27577, or donate on line thru PayPal. Just click on Make a Donation below.
